A girl from Chitral Valley Pakistan
Kalash: Lost Children of Alexander the Great. I have known many Kalash people from my country Pakistan. Sitting in my School I used to stare at my teacher, who is from Chitral , or his four years old son and wonder that they don't look like other Pakistani people History always gives us some wonderful information. Pakistan is a land of diverse people. And this story about Kalash people is very interesting.
When Alexander the Great came to invade India he decided to go back to his own country before he dies. But his army loved a valley in present-day northern Pakistan called "Chitral." Many people from his army decided to stay in Chitral valley. Later, they decided to settle down in the northern areas of Pakistan. Today some people who live in northern areas of Pakistan look totally different than rest of Pakistanis or Indians and the reason behind this is their ancestors were from the army of Alexander the Great.
How are people of Chitral different from other Pakistani or Indian people?
Their skin color, their face shape and everything is different than other Pakistani or Indian people
